Excellent Reading for Your Coaching Library

I started to read several selections in my extensive library. Then I received two new ones from Human Kinetics (the largest Sports Publication Company founded in the early 1970s by Rainer Martens with locations in Toronto, Canada, and Champaign, Illinois): Sport Nutrition and Developing the Athlete are listed as 2025 editions, and are absolutely fabulous in their in-depth content! Tudor Bompa is a well-known author and expert on conditioning, developing, and training young athletes, as well as periodization.
