I am so happy for you and for ASCA coaches...Keep up the great work.InMotion Network AlbertaBoard of Directors member Dr. Monika Schloder has an established reputation as a speaker/presenter at National and International Congresses/Symposiums. Since 2003, she has been a well-received and applauded speaker at the American Swim Coaches (ASCA) World Clinics in Swimming. She just returned from New Orleans where she presented two topics at this years Clinic: 1) Progressive developmental model for age group swimmers and 2) Managing conflict in your Club Program. She is also presenting the same topics in Toronto, September 21 for the Ontario Swim Federation but with a Canadian perspective. Dr. Schloder’s presentation skills are highly recognized. One must add that she is the recipient of the prestigious 3M Teaching Fellowship Award for outstanding teaching at Canadian Universities and has collected 14 international coaching/teaching awards and is the 2008 Alberta Coach of the Year in Modern Pentathlon.
